All registrars are now required to send annual emails directly to the Administrative Contact on all domains notifying them of the date of expiration of their domain. In most cases no action is required on your part because we will automatically renew your domain name if the account is up to date. You are welcome to confirm this with our support department if there is any concern.

The following is an example of the letter and instructions on how to check if your domain will be renewed yourself.

EXAMPLE LETTER:

Dear John Doe:
We just wanted to let you know that steveandbora.com will expire on Dec 12, 20XX.
To renew this domain, please visit https://web-hosting-inc.com/billing/announcements.php?id=2 today.

If you do not renew your domain by Dec 12, 20XX you will no longer own the domain, and it will be available for registration by other parties.
Sincerely,
Web Hosting Inc.

However, as long as your account credit card and billing is up to date, we automatically renew domains 7 days prior to the expiration date. We are more than happy to check and confirm that things are set properly. All you have to do is contact us via our support email address.

Check it yourself!

You can also check on the renewal status of your domain by logging into our billing portal and then...
1) Click "My Domains" and then the icon to the right of the domain name in question:
1.check.domain.renewal.status

2) The next screen will show a warning if the domain will not be renewed. You can also change the renewal status yourself.
2.check.domain.auto.renew
